COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

DO NOT MICROWAVE.                                                  INTERNAL TEMPERATURE FOR PRODUCTS SHOULD REACH 165 DEGREES

For Best Results:
Place the Raw Hot Links in the refrigerator to drain excess blood 24 hours before cooking.
Place Hot Links on a broiler pan and follow the directions below.

The Original Raw Hot Links:  at 300 degrees for approximately 25 - 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and pierce the skin on the bottom side of each link.
Drain any excess grease in the pan.
Return to the oven and continue baking @ 350 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes
(keep a close eye on the links while the grease starts to build up in the links)
Do not allow the links to burst.  If you prefer a crisp outer hot link, broiling for 5-10 minutes (under a watchful eye) will achieve this.

The Premium Raw Hot Links:  at 300 degrees for approximately 25 - 30 minutes.

Drain any excess grease in the pan.
Return to the oven and continue baking @ 350 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes

This product is a little more lean than the Original Hot Link.

Cooked Original Hot Links:  at 400 degrees for approximately 10 - 15 minutes.  Broil for 5+/-  minutes to achieve the crispness desired.

*for a more crisp outside, remove all grease from pan, return the links to the oven and bake at 350 for 5 - 10 minutes until cooked to your satisfaction.

(Temperature settings may vary. This product is very greasy and close attention is required when preparing. Suggested temperature settings are on the safe side to avoid faster cooking that may cause the hot links to burst while cooking.)
